Oster Elementary Home & School Club wants families to have a clear understanding of when refunds are available for store purchases, event tickets, and related payments.
Cougar Store
Spirit wear and other made-to-order items are generally non-refundable once production has started. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and we will help resolve the issue.
Events and tickets
Ticket and event refund eligibility depends on the specific event. Check the event listing or confirmation email; if none is stated, email us before the event and we will advise what options are available.
Donations
