Step-by-step parent guides
Edit your child's photo
Upload a clear profile photo from your child's Edit profile page.
Where to go: Child's fundraising page -> This is my child (first time) -> Edit Profile
Open your child's fundraising page. Start from Walk-A-Thon leaderboard and open your child's page.
Link your account (first time only). Sign in with your parent email, then tap This is my child.
Open Edit Profile. Tap Edit Profile on your child's page. Returning parents can also use My account.
Choose a new image. Under Profile image, pick a photo from your phone or computer. A bright, close-up photo works best.
Save changes. Select Save and wait for upload to finish. The preview updates after save.
Troubleshooting
If upload fails, try a smaller photo or crop it first.
If the photo does not change right away, refresh the page once.
If you see a permissions message, sign in with the parent account linked to that student.
Edit your child's description
Update your child's story in the Description box on the Edit profile page.

Open your child's fundraising page. Start from Walk-A-Thon leaderboard and open your child's page.
Link your account (first time only). Sign in and tap This is my child so editing is unlocked.
Open Edit Profile. Tap Edit Profile on your child's page. Returning parents can also open it from My account.
Update Description. Write 2-4 short sentences about your child's goals, interests, or what they are excited about.
Save and confirm. Select Save and verify the new message appears on the participant page.
Troubleshooting
Keep your message short and warm so donors can scan it quickly.
If save fails, copy your text, refresh once, and try again.
If you are signed in but cannot edit, confirm you are on the linked student page.
Share your fundraising link
Use the Share this page buttons on your child's fundraising page.
Where to go: Child's fundraising page -> Share this page buttons
Open your child's participant page. Open your child's page from the Walk-A-Thon leaderboard or from My account.
Copy link or share directly. Use the share buttons near your child's name to copy the link or open a sharing app.
Post where friends and family will see it. Send by text, email, or social posts and include a personal note about your child's goal.
Troubleshooting
If sharing buttons do not open an app, use Copy link and paste manually.
If the copied link looks unfamiliar, open it in a new tab to confirm it goes to your child's page.
Reshare every few days with a progress update to improve donations.
